Organic and sustainable

Of course, our kitchen takes modern flavours into account when preparing traditional dishes. As in the past, most of the ingredients in the dishes come from farms that work with natural methods. The meat, for example, comes from cattle that have grown up with the mother cow (suckler cow husbandry), the eggs come from ‘happy’ hens that are allowed to scratch around in orchards as they please.

In order to offer you absolute freshness, all products are delivered fresh every day and most of them come from the regions around Vienna without long transport routes.
We also obtain 100% of our electricity from Austrian hydropower.
